Do you charge sales tax?
Residents of Illinois must pay 6.5% sales tax unless they have tax-exempt status or are resellers. If you fall in one of these categories, please email us. We do not need to collect sales tax from residents of states other than Tennessee. Will my package have a tracking number? Orders sent Priority Mail and Express Mail can be tracked online. No tracking is available for Standard shipping (First Class and First Class Mail International). Can I insure my package? Insurance is included in the purchase price for domestic orders. We guarantee against loss or breakage by replacement or refunds. For additional information or for international orders, please see our Shipping Policy. Do you accept returns? We accept returns provided you notify us prior to returning the item; you would be responsible for return shipping. We must receive it back in new condition within 30 days. A 5% restocking fee is assessed. If the return is due to some fault of ours there is no restocking fee and we will pay for return shipping, otherwise you will not be credited for shipping. What do I do if some beads arrive broken or defective? Contact us immediately. We will replace any broken or otherwise defective beads at no cost to you. I do not feel safe giving my credit card over the internet. Can I place my order on hold and send you my credit card information by phone or fax? Our web site uses the highest standards of encryption software for internet security. If you still do not wish to submit your credit card information through our secure site, please e-mail your order to us with a list of item numbers, description, quantity desired, and prices. In your e-mail, please let us know how you would like us to obtain your payment information. You should not send your credit card number through regular e-mail, as it is not encrypted and may be viewed by a third party as it travels the internet. Please do not cut and paste your cart, as our spam filter will prevent receipt of your email. If I need to leave the website and come back later, will my shopping cart be available? The contents of your cart are remembered for thirty days. When you return to the Southpass Beads website, all of your items will still be in your cart. Do you have a print catalog? Orders may be placed only on line. We do have a retail store which is currently open only by appointment in Cobden, IL. Do you have a minimum order requirement? We do not have a minimum order requirement. However, all orders under $25 will be assessed a $1.00 low order processing fee. How do I edit my account information? You can change your password, add or delete entries in your address book, view orders or change your email preferences by clicking on the 'My Account' link. You will need to log in with your username and password. When you log in, you can view and/or edit your account information and preferences by choosing from the various links that are on the page. |
