Great detail on these 10 Peruvian Ceramic Lion beads! They were handmade by Peruvian crafts people. Molds were used to shape the clay, which was fired, painted a solid color and glazed, then fired again for a true ceramic hardness. Choose between 10 solid color (red, dark blue, light blue or green) .
The beads are about 15 mm tall, 23 mm wide (across the front. The holes are about 2 mm in diameter. They run vertically, through the body. Great size for hemp jewelry and fiber arts - knitting, crochet, weaving, kumihimo & macrame!
